Months back N & G were sharing about the wines they are getting and their supplier, which you can refer to here. However, just last month, things did not turn out the way they expect. The wine supplier has let go of their order to another customer. This is utterly disappointing in their service because N & G have paid the full amount to secure their order. Instead of salvage the problem, the wine supplier has actually wanted to refund the full amount. Being at the service line, the right service attitude is to assist customer to have the best service. The way of solving the problem is to find replacement instead of refunding. Apparently, N wanted them to find replacement but 2 types of wines they recommended are disappointing. One of which, they say is higher grade of the wine that N & G have order but it turned to be even worse. N & G do not understand a highly recommended wine supplier through word of mouth and forum, the service came out to be disappointing. Initially, when they receive the news, the reason the supplier gave was their warehouse release the stock. Instead of admitting their mistake, they blame it to the outsourcing warehouse and claim that they do not have control over it. It is a joke.

Thank God through a friend's contact, they manage to find another wine supplier called Ng Tham Thye. It is located in 130 Rangoon Road. If you happen to pay a visit, please do not get shock about it shop because it is actually a econ mini mart but they do supply wines for events. In the event that if you can't finish your wines, you can return 100% of it and get a refund of the return amount, provided the label is still intact. Through their friend, the recommendation came from the person in charge, and their friend's guests gave a lot of positive feedback. It was great to hear that.

Without much hesitation, N & G went down to look at the wines and get recommendation from the person in charge. Indeed, the wine that he has recommended turn out well. Additionally, he provided a bottle of BRAND NEW wine for them to taste. You did not read wrongly, it was a BRAND NEW wine without paying it.

After 2 weeks, N & G went down to place their order. Now they just need to wait for the delivery to the hotel. One side note when ordering Ng Tham Thye, the person in charge would require you to give him a call on the day of delivery to make sure he fulfill the order. Please be assure that they will always have the stock for you. It was the guarantee from Ng Tham Thye.
