Wedding Coordinator for J & M

A busy October is coming to an end for N & G. Well, several things are listed on their To-do list. One of the most important is to help out their best friends to coordinate their wedding. Preparation started few months ago when J & M needed help. N & G are honoured to help them in their wedding as coordinator.
Assisting them with the planning such as checklist, timeline and planning out the program can never be that hard because it is something N & G are preparing now. The hardest part is delegating duties to the respective people can be hard because it is all voice down to the bride and groom to decide of who is in charge of what. This is because only the bride and groom will know what can their friends do. To N & G, delegating duties can be the biggest headache because each of them have to know what their friends good at. Though G has been helping out her friends to coordinate wedding, she has also seen the 'problems' faced by couples are delegating duties. Why do many couples quarrel during preparation? Sometimes, it is not about conflict of interest but rather understand each other's friends and assigning roles. Delegating duties is having mutual understanding towards each other's friends. Though N & G friends who are helping them with their wedding are mutual friends, but it does not mean that they can take it as granted that conflict will not arise. They need to take all measures to prevent the conflict to arise.
Back to J & M wedding...
Their big day was on 5th October 2013 (Saturday) and it all begins at 7.30am...
The usual gatecrash customs by the sisters
Well, the sisters arrived early at the bride's house to prepare all the gatecrashing games. The games we prepare are the 5 tastes of life for the groom and brothers. Typically, all the games are about food. Due to time constraint, they are not able to play other games like yoga pose. Nevertheless, they earn enough through the food games.
After the groom enters and get his bride, there are some time spent in the bride's house before leaving to the groom's house.

After some photo-taking, they take their leave to the groom's house. The process is going through tea ceremony for both side families and afternoon rest.
Unfortunately, G was down with high fever that day so no photos are taken. In the afternoon, N & G went home to rest before the dinner banquet.

As the coordinators of J & M, N & G have to arrive early to have respective briefing and also checking on the sound system before the commencement of solemnization and dinner.
N was honored to help out in leading the worship of the solemnization. Everything went smoothly and they are ready to starts the banquet. As mentioned, G was on high fever so last minute N has to take over all her duties to coordinate the dinner program. Thank God that everything went smoothly. Even though there are some hiccups, but God has taken care of the program.
Coordinator can never be easy but thank God for all the brothers and sisters help to manage the whole banquet. This also reminded N & G to have all the brothers and sisters to help their coordinator for the big day.
