Applying for HDB Part III

Have you been waiting for the Part III? Sorry to keep you waiting. Well, N & G have been busy over their wedding preparation. Basically, everything has fall in place so now they are just following the steps of what to do.
Have both of you apply for any BTO? Or have both of you received any good news for your flat? Congratulation to all who managed to get a flat...
So after both of you get your ballot number? What should you do?
You will received an email with your ballot number and appointment date to go down to HDB to book a flat.
What should you bring?
1) Both parties NRIC
2) Both parties pay slip for the entire 12 months
3) Both parties CPF Contribution for the entire 12 months (You may print it in www.cpf.gov.sg)
Beside, monitor the BTO that you get because you may check the flat availability before going down.
Simply click on the flat you want, and select Maps/Flats Availability.

Click on the Flat Type you have apply for and you will see all the units. For those are in red, it means that it has been booked by others. You may choose those that are in blue.
On your appointment date, the officer will open the same page and let you see again.
Do remember, you need to prepare S$ 2,000 (refundable after signed the first agreement) to book the flat. Payment mode: Cash or NETs or cheque.
