Have both of you did your calculation on your incomes yet? If you miss their previous post, you can refer to here. Well, if both of you have calculated, so hope that both of you are able to afford it and start building your love nest.

In order to confirm that both of you have calculated correctly, you may also choose to check out what are the eligibility to buy a flat over here. There is eligibility questionnaire to do also which you can just click this. After both of you have do it, next both of you will need to check the eligibility of taking HDB housing loan over here. (Doing these does not give you accurate answer but it is about 95% accurrate).

Once both of you have completed all the mentioned, it is time for both of you to move on to the next step by going to www.hdb.gov.sg (HAHAHA... I know both of you must thinking "Obviously right?")



Click on the Sales Launches, to see what is the new upcoming BTO or the sales balance of previous BTO. Because both of you may not want the upcoming BTO location but nevertheless, they do have leftover flats from previous BTO for you to see. However, for the previous BTO, you may not get what you wanted because it depends whether anyone has given up their flat for you.


For example; if both of you have chosen the location that you want, click on the location and you will be able to see this.
